About Me

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, I started my recruiting career with a nationwide search firm in California. Over the past 15+ years, I've built lasting relationships with clients and candidates on both coasts.


I spent the last decade in corporate sales management, leading teams of 40+ people. I decided the corporate grind wasn't worth it and traded that hat for entrepreneurship. I founded JM Talent Pros to do what I do best: build relationships and make the right match.


Today I live in Aliso Viejo, CA. My focus is Greater Orange County and Greater Philadelphia, where my roots are, while serving clients nationwide.
